Support Josh Peterson's Fight for His Daughter

Hello, My name is Josh Peterson and I'm the father of an incredible little girl. As a consequence of authentic parental alienation, I've been in litigation for custody rights for almost 4 years. In that time I've witnessed my mother pass from cancer without meeting her grandchild, been assaulted in my little girl's presence (to which I refused to physically engage, resulting in a broken nose and lacerations), been falsely accused of assault, and have been denied countless time with her against the current probate order in effect.

Due to this, a Guardian ad Litem has been assigned to investigate and report to my local probate court. My financial responsibility to this GAL is $5,687.50

We desperately need this investigation done in order for the court to determine physical and legal custody. I have had no choice but to postpone this process once before due to lack of funds. Our next review is in December 2024.

I work full-time and have cut as many corners financially as possible in order to be able to afford representation and court fees, as well as cost of living. I pay my child support before I put food in my own mouth. I do everything within my power to be the best father possible.

I truthfully only want to be present for my child. It's my heartfelt wish to be able to give her the love, guidance, and consistency she needs. Due to the contentious nature between the other parent and I that hasn't been possible.

I'm financially, emotionally, and physically exhausted. I love my daughter more than I could imagine possible, I'm a broken man at this point. That being said, I can't allow myself to walk away from my baby girl. I'm setting this fundraiser up because we have nowhere else to turn.
