Hello, my name is Jose Reynaldo Izaguirre. I'm here doing something that I never thought I would do: asking for help from people who probably don't even know me.

My mother and I have fallen on hard times financially. I'm without a job since September 8, 2025, and my mother even longer. We are struggling with rent, bills, and all-around financial ways for coverage of medical needs. Some of you know my story, some don't, regarding my situation. I'm trying to get back to work, but legalities with my employer are keeping me from that goal. In the meantime, my finances were completely exhausted the past months, and we are in dire need of help.

My mother suffers from thyroid issues, which prevent her from working too long, and with her advanced age, it is also difficult for her to find a job. It's just me, her, and my cat in a tiny one-bedroom apartment. We made it work till recent events changed everything for me at my place of work.

I'm not one to ask for money, but we are desperate for help. I'm 50 years old, and my mother is close to 80. If you can help in any way, it would mean so much to us, and we would be forever grateful.
