In Loving Memory of Jorge Alcides Canales

Yesterday, our beloved grandfather, Alcides passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the heart of our family; a strong, hardworking, and hilarious man who brought joy and laughter to everyone around him even on his dying days.

He was a friend, a husband, a father, and a grandfather. He loved his grandchildren more than anything, and was the one who first introduced me to the beauty of nature; a gift I will carry with me for the rest of my life. His love for family, his strength, and his humor will never be forgotten.

As we grieve this devastating loss, we want to give him the memorial he deserves and support my grandmother as she faces life without her partner. We are reaching out for help to cover funeral expenses and to ease some of the financial burden during this difficult time.
