But more importantly, Jorge is a single father to three wonderful boys who depend on him every single day.

Jorge has been living in the United States since he was just 2 years old and is a proud Dreamer. Unfortunately, his DACA status expired in January, and despite submitting his renewal back in November, he is still waiting for approval. Because of this delay, Jorge has been unable to work for months.

This has placed an overwhelming financial strain on him and his family. Bills don’t stop. Rent doesn’t pause. And providing for three growing boys without any income is something no parent should have to face alone.
