Hello there, my name is Lanie, Jon’s girlfriend. I’ve put together this in regards to help Jon pay to get his freedom again. Down below is a letter he wrote, sharing his story about what happened. I know he has touched many souls and helped many people heal. I saw the passion in his eyes and he spoke very highly of his members. The ones who truly know him, know he isn’t a bad guy. “Hey everyone its Jonny F, the founder of this group and a few others. I am currently incarcerated facing some serious charges in regards to medicine sourcing. Those that dont know me will find it easy to judge, but those that do know me may sympathize with this letter because they know my heart. My heart was simply to help people experience what i had experienced and be a safe guide into beginning that journey. Long story short a search warrant was issued on my home and alot was found. My family is broken and devastated. The woman i planned to marry is left empty and alone and desperately trying to hold on. Im in this cell and feel every second of their pain on top of my own, and all the sudden it’s radiantly clear how my passion clouded my judgement. Id do anything to be back with my family, and id do anything to marry the woman of my dreams. it appears i may have a long road ahead of me, however. I need help with a couple of things if you can find the time or the means. I need about 20-30 "character witnesses". These are brief statements describing how you know me (recovery/support group) and how I may have impacted or helped you at any time, or simply testifying to my character to hpe you may have witnessed me helping others. I became very close to so many of you, so hopefully this goal isnt too much of a stretch. The second goal I need help with is funds for an attorney.
