It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of John Miller Urban after complications experienced from his open heart surgery. Johnny was a devoted husband and father whose greatest joy was his family. He loved his family and wanted nothing more than to spend time with them. His loss has left an unimaginable void in all the lives of those who loved him, especially his beloved wife Donna, his son Joseph, and his siblings.

This wasn’t Johnny’s first heart surgery. He had a few, one of which also had complications which left him legally blind. In spite of his vision loss, he continued to live life to the fullest, all while remaining a positive, loving person.

Due to this tragedy, Donna is left to take care of things on her own, with little financial cushion after paying for the funeral expenses. As a sole provider, Donna will face many unexpected challenges; some already thrust upon her in the wake of heartache and loss. She will face many expenses as well as the challenge of providing for the future and everyday needs of her family.

Many people have asked what they can do to help, so we decided to start this GoFundMe to help Donna get through this awful time.
