My brother, Joe, has been diagnosed with Goodpasture Syndrome, a very rare autoimmune disease that is affecting his kidneys. He was diagnosed in March and has been very sick. He lives in Illinois and his treatment is in Indiana. He has been in and out of the hospital due to complications and was readmitted to today. Any help is super appreciated.
