Support Joe Ciccone's 42-Mile Run for Scouts
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Joe Ciccone, and I love the outdoors. Growing up as a scout, it was only natural to spend summers at a camp with many adventures to take part in. After attending Camp Strang as a camper for five years, I decided to work on staff there in order for the upcoming youth to have the same fantastic experience I had growing up. Throughout this time, I have heard many suggestions about new program ideas and none other than motorboating stood out so much to me. As an aquatics person myself, I would love this idea to become a reality for these scouts. So, by embodying the scout ideal of being "physically fit", I have decided to run 42 miles from my hometown Shelton, CT to Camp Strang in Goshen, CT to raise the funds. Adding motorboats to our program will give a brand-new activity for our older scouts who have been searching for one. So please help support my run and donate today! Thank you.
