- My kid brother, Joe Carroll, had a stroke. It will be a year ago this coming Christmas 2024. He spent months in the hospital just to be discharged with a tent and sleeping bag. He now lives along with the homeless in Seaside, Oregon. Im his sister Luise (Lulu) trying to raise funds to go out to Oregon and take my brother to Mississippi, New Orleans area to be with family who will help Joe with shelter and physical therapy, and all that he's been lacking in the last year. He's worked hard all his life. I'm praying that my brother's friends and family will understand this dire situation!
