Hi everyone,

My name is Jodi-Ann Doman, I’m from Petersfield Westmoreland, Jamaica, but I’m currently living in the United States. My families houses were damage during hurricane Melissa that struck Jamaica on Tuesday October 27, 2025.

Hurricane Melissa left heartbreak , fear and uncertainty whilst causing severe damage. The roofs and the structure of the house has been completely destroyed along with furnitures and most of their belongings.

I’m trying to help rebuild the house together with them, but it will be extremely difficult as I recently lost my father on September 30,2025 and is still in the process of making funeral preparations and now dealing hurricane Melissa. Building materials ,labor and basic supplies will be costly , and they simply don’t have enough resources to start over on their own right now.

I’m reaching out with a humble and appreciative heart to ask for your help. Your support can make all the difference so any donation you can give — big or small — will go directly toward the rebuilding the houses.
