My name is Jodi Remmers, and I have been battling cancer for over a year now.

I went through 6 months of chemo to stop the cancer before surgery, then went to UIC in Chicago to remove a tumor. We were told when they removed my tumor I would be cancer-free; unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

They found more in my lymph nodes (PDL1 positive).

We were offered to be part of an Opdivo research trial, and they would pay for my treatment.

At the last moment, they stopped accepting new cases into the trial.

That leaves us to pay for it or not continue treatment.

That really isn't an option, so we have been struggling to keep up with all the bills.

We as a family would appreciate any help we could get.
