Jimmy Lee is fighting for his life — please help our family through this crisis.

Hi, my name is Dawna, and I’m reaching out with a mother’s heart that’s breaking but full of hope.

My son, Jimmy Lee, is in the fight of his life. He was recently diagnosed with acute leukemia, and everything has happened so fast. Since last week, Jimmy has suffered three heart attacks, has had multiple stents placed, and even experienced a brain bleed. He is currently sedated, on a breathing tube, and receiving emergency treatment at MUSC in Charleston, SC.

He’s only 40 years old.

This nightmare began during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, and now we’re facing a medical crisis with unimaginable emotional and financial pressure. We don’t know what the coming hrs or minutes or days or weeks will bring — but we know we need help.
