2nd Update! Living room walls and ceiling have been dry walled. Thank you Edward & Tim for doing this & and buying the materials out of pocket. Next step is to get the kitchen & bathroom subfloor replaced.

Hey everyone. Our names are Jimmy, Diamond, & Ivyana. We purchased a house to raise our first daughter in. It’s definitely a fixer upper but we recently came across some things that we were not expecting to need fixing. Front of the house needs to be reframed, it’s rotted and has no support. We’ve put all our savings into fixing the foundation but some unexpected things have happened financially and we are on the verge of losing it all as I can’t afford to keep up with the monthly mortgage and repairs. We only have 5 more years and the house will be paid off. So losing it is not an option. The last thing I want to do as a man is have to go online and ask for help but I have a wife and daughter to think about. Everything we raise will be going to fixing our house.
