In June, Waterville was hit hard by floods. My friends, Jim and Teresa Keller's home was hit hard. Jim and Teresa are not ones to ever ask for help, however, they are going to need it. Their home had roughly a foot of water inside, they had to evacuate and have been staying at The Village. The road ahead of them is long and uncertain.
