This page is made for our loving, crazy, beautiful friend Jexenia Guitierrez. She and her boyfriend Jay have been in a terrible and extremely dangerous car accident on April 8th. She was leaving a funeral that night supporting another friend, and unfortunately, a car made a wrong turn and hit their car head on! Jessie was left with a broken leg, hip, pelvis and hand. Her boyfriend Jay, was left with an injured leg. We are so lucky to have her still alive but it was so close! God wanted her to stay and continue to mother her 5 children. Unfortunately, she has already went through her first surgery on April 9th. Her kids are left devastated and Jessie and Jay are left jobless and unable to fulfill their parenting duties. Today, I visited Jessie and I can’t even begin to tell you how serious and painful her injuries are. She and Jay will be out of a job and unable to care for their kids at home until she is fully recovered. Anyone who knows Jessie knows her to give her shirt off her back to anyone who needs it. Times like this you who is in your corner. This is a huge way to ease her discomfort and pain and allow her to recover without the thought or possibly losing her kids home. I ask as a friend/sister to please give what you can. I know these are hard times for all of us (including me) but God sees all every effort made.
