Our dear friends Ryan and Jessie Swor have an uphill battle in front of them and are being hit from every side.
They recently acquired a home built in the 1960s that seemed to fit their family’s needs perfectly but soon discovered that the undisclosed levels of mold made it entirely unsafe to live in. Facing a long and costly remediation process seemed daunting enough when they experienced an even deeper, personal loss. This month they suffered the heartbreak of a miscarriage with baby #4. With shattered hearts they are cleaving to the Lord and precious family time as Ryan has taken a step back from work on unpaid leave so he can be present in this season. There family will also have to relocate for 2-3 months as their home begins the remediation process. We know there is beauty in the ashes and our prayer is to ease their financial burden at this time as a balm to their weary hearts. The cost alone for this work is $112,000. This doesn’t include their rehousing costs. Thank you in advance for lifting them up in prayer and generosity as they continue to move forward with full reliance and trust in God’s goodness.
