Support Jessica's Heart Transplant Recovery

This GoFundMe is to support Jessica and the Nelis family. Jessica, who just gave birth to her fifth child, Sophia, on April 28, experienced postpartum cardiomyopathy that resulted in her receiving a heart transplant on May 24. Her family has been traveling from their home to Duke as often as possible to visit Jessica. This fund is to help them in this trying time.
