Caring for the homeless is something I've always felt I was called to do. I signed up to help feed the homeless with my church years ago and have since then been very passionate about it. Two years ago, I began going out on my own in my local community, either preparing sandwiches to give out or setting up a table and cooking a hot meal to serve. I also take items with me such as blankets, pillows, clothes, and hygiene products. I am hoping to get enough supporters to help me expand on this. Donations would not only help me to provide more to our local communities, but they would help me to reach even more cities in need. I am currently saving up towards becoming a sponsor for Mission Possible that Tracy Lawrence launched in 2006. This organization exists to raise support and awareness for those who are experiencing homelessness in Middle Tennessee and beyond. Nashville is a city that is very near and dear to my heart. Every November, this organization hosts a turkey fry right in the heart of Nashville frying 1,200 turkeys to be delivered all across Middle Tennessee. The turkey fry alone has raised over $1 million for Nashville Rescue Mission and provided over 90,000 meals to the homeless and hungry. Mission Possible is such as inspiration to me, and I hope that one day I can come even a little close to the good that they are doing. Your donation towards this cause is greatly appreciated and will help me to reach more people in need. Please also feel free to share my page with others. Thank you!
