Funeral Expenses for Jessica Delgado

Donation protected
UPDATE: It is with great sadness that I let everyone know that Jess passed away on Sunday August 31st. I am continuing this fundraiser to help with the expenses that will come for the funeral. Jessica didn't have life insurance as far as we know right now. If there are any funds left over after the funeral it will go to helping the family get the her three precious girls everything they need. Thank you in advance for your help!

I am starting a GoFundMe page for my sister Jessica Delgado. Jess is facing an incredibly difficult battle against metastatic breast cancer of the liver and brain. She just received this diagnonis last Thursday (August 7th) and has been in the hospital in Duluth ever since. This was a complete shock and we are all trying to wrap our heads around what is happening and what to do going forward. Her liver is giving her a real hard time and the doctors are hoping the two different chemotherapy drugs she is on will start helping it to work correctly again, so that she can eventually leave the hospital here and go home to continue the treatment in Ashland with her loved ones near her. She will also be getting radiation on the brain as soon as the liver settles down. Beyond the immense toll on her health, this illness will place a significant financial strain on her and her daughters. Jessica is the sole provider for her and her three precious daughters Jordyn (15) McKenna (8) and Elizabeth (6). She will not be able to go back to work for the unforseeable future, therefore, there will be no money coming in to pay all her monthly bills. Her fiancé Branden was already in the process of moving to Ashland by October, when he and Jess are getting married, but with the unthinkable happening, he is moving here now, to help in any way he can for her and the girls. That also means he will be looking for a new job here and will be without income for a bit himself. Thinking about how she will be able to pay her bills to keep them in their home is an extra layer of hardship to an already challenging situation. We are asking for your help to ensure her daughters have the stability and support they need to stay in their home, allowing their mother to concentrate on her fight without the added worry of financial hardship. Every contribution, no matter the size, will bring comfort and hope to her and the family. Please consider helping one of the most giving, hardworking, dedicated mother's I know. All prayers and positive vibes for Jess are welcomed and appreciated! ❤️
