Victoria Rose Stormer was born on October 13, 2021 via emergency C-section to parents Jessica and James Stormer. She has experienced many complications due to being delivered at just 34 weeks, such as seizures, breathing issues, and can only be fed through a feeding tube. She is expected to be in the NICU for an extended period.

Unfortunately, during this time, James was terminated from his job due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic at the business he worked at. He received this information by phone call while on paternity leave and FMLA. He was informed that both his medical insurance and FMLA would be terminated by the end of October, just a few days later.
