Jessica Fonteboa (Hernandez) is a childhood friend from the Bronx who suddenly and tragically lost her best friend and husband Omar earlier this week on January 7th. Jessica has experienced unfathomable loss 
before and now once again must figure out how to navigate this uncharted territory.

She has three young children, the youngest only 8 months old and we know they are her top priority and where she needs the most help. 

Omar Fonteboa was truly passionate about helping others, and making the lives of others better, as an Addiction Counselor. Omar never met a stranger, and he made people feel welcome and cared for, from all different paths of life. Omar spoke from his heart, and touched so many lives.        Jessica lives on the West Coast and since most of us still live on the East Coast there is not much we can physically do to help.
