Support Jess & Nick in honouring their baby boy

To Jess, Nick and Peyton’s family and friends,

My name is Mel and I’ve created this GoFundMe to help our wonderful friends, the Hyden family, as they face this difficult time grieving the loss of their baby boy.

On May the 19th 2025, at 39 weeks pregnant, Jess gave birth to their boy, Brooks Michael-Peter Hyden. He was tragically delivered sleeping. Jess and Nick are now facing the most painful and heartbreaking loss a parent could ever endure. Instead of leaving the hospital with their beautiful baby boy in their arms, they departed with a keepsake box.

As they try to find the strength to navigate the coming days, weeks & months and to honour the memory of their son we would like to help by alleviating some of the associated financial burden.

Jess & Nick are some of the strongest and kindest people I know. They would never ask for help themselves, and are always the first to help others. But right now, they truly need the support of their community.
