Support Jeremy's Battle for Custody and Care

Hi, I'm Jeremy and I need to raise funds for attorney fees for my ongoing divorce and custody matters.

More than a year and over $14,000 later, it's still not over. The remaining amount of my assets are frozen till after the asset distribution. Unfortunately, my attorney needs another retainer payment to proceed.

Not only do I need to get the divorce and asset distribution completed, there are some custody-related issues I need to address. I already have almost 50/50 custody of my three kids, but the oldest one is having some mental health issues their mom is hindering the treatment of. My attorney is prepared to address this as soon as I have the money.

I'm not going to go into much detail about mom; I feel this information is relevant. I fully supported her from 2012 to 2023. It was so she could stay home and raise the kids. She chose to go to nursing school during this period, graduated, and began working in 2023. I took on significant debt during this period, even refinancing the house to make sure she could pay tuition. Less than a year after graduating and beginning working, I found out about yet another affair she was having. She moved out and I filed for divorce.

I'm left with all the debt as well as the added expense of the attorney fees. I was doing fine till I wasn't. I'm out of credit and what money I can access. I hate, and I do mean HATE, that I can't do this on my own anymore. If it wasn't for the mental health issues of the oldest child, I wouldn't be so concerned. I'm asking for anyone who reads this and has a little extra money available to please help me get through this. Not for my sake, for my kids.
