Hi, my name is Shawn Bustamante.

On Thursday, March 28th, my cousin, Jeremy Francisco, had been taken to the hospital with severe abdominal pain via ambulance while on vacation in Minneapolis with his partner, Kristen and daughter, Emma. He quickly deteriorated in the emergency department and has been admitted to the ICU.

Jeremy has been diagnosed with acute pancreatitis, his kidneys are also not functioning well, and had been intubated as his breathing took a turn.

His immediate family have all travelled down to Minneapolis to be by his side and to support Kristen and Emma during this difficult time.

Today, April 2nd, he is stable but the road to recovery may be a few more weeks in hospital. Jeremy is an extremely hard worker who provides for and always shows up for his family. I’ve set up this GoFundMe page in hopes to help ease the burden for him and his family.

Any funds generated will go directly to Jeremy, his partner Kristen, his daughter Emma, and his family as they continue to stay by his side while they navigate through this unthinkable time.
