Hello everyone. I’m starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my amazing friend Jeramy. You might have seen Jeramy’s fun loving, old soul in some photos with me ringing in the new year in Vegas or our typical North End hangouts in Boston grabbing some Italian eats; but all this winter you could find him hitting the slopes with his latest adventures to Austria skiing like a machine.

Jeramy is 25, and he suffered a stroke last week, a basal ganglia hemorrhage to be exact. After several days of neurological tests, procedures and monitoring, the diagnosis came back as Moyamoya disease, a rare disease affecting the cerebrovascukar structures.

We are all thankful that Jeramy is doing well, and everything happened the way it did to rush him to emergency care within the appropriate time frame, but we’re not done yet. Jeramy has an incredibly long road ahead of home with rehabilitation. He’s strong, he’s resilient and he’s already making an incredible amount of progress. We all know that he will be back on the slopes and enjoying life again to the fullest in no time.

While we work towards that goal, I’m asking for any donation possible to help support the financial burden he will endure during this time. Anything helps, truly. And above all, we appreciate every single one of you thank you all for your support to get Jeramy back to a full recovery.
