Help Jay Heal – Support His Fight with Crohn’s Disease

Hi, my name is Jeanne Gigante, and I’m fundraising for my son Jay, who has been battling Crohn’s disease for many years. This disease has caused him tremendous pain, taken a toll on his body, and led to multiple hospitalizations and surgeries.

Sadly, Jay is now facing another major surgery. Recovery will be long and difficult, and he will be unable to work for at least a few months or more.

As all of you know, we have a very tight family—and sometimes it’s even beyond that. Our bond is strong, rooted in love, loyalty, and unwavering support. That’s why this journey is not Jay’s alone—it’s all of ours.

Jay has always pushed through the pain with strength and resilience, but this time, he truly needs support—our support—to help carry him through.

We’re raising funds to help with:

    •    Surgery and hospital costs

    •    Medication and follow-up care

    •    Living expenses while he’s unable to work

    

Jay’s greatest wish is to heal and spend quality time with the people he loves most—his family. He’s not asking for much, just a chance to feel well again and enjoy the time he has.
