Matt no longer can work due to his disease. Medical bills, as well as living costs, are piling up. He's lost 75 pounds and is now on oxygen, most of the time. He is currently going through the process of qualifying for the lung transplant, but in the meantime, <strong>he and his family are struggling to make ends meet and are in dire need of help.</strong>
