Support Jaylee's Fight for Accountability

Hello everyone. My name is Jaylee. I'm 22, currently going through a divorce. I'm creating this GoFundMe because I need funds to hire a lawyer & pay court fees to take my cheating husband to court. I was a stay at home mom while pregnant because I got fired from my job for being pregnant, and I never had the energy to work anyways. He told me I either had to work or go to school so I was a student full-time while pregnant. After I gave birth he wanted me to get a job so I could help him pay bills. By the time our son was 3 months he already had put him in daycare (which I wasn’t comfortable with considering our son had RSV when he was 2 months & later ended up catching covid from the daycare.) I didn’t want to go back to work as I thought he would continue to provide for me and our son while I went to school full-time so I could stay home with our newborn. It was too much I left with the baby to go see family for a week or so. He then abandoned my son and me after begging me to come back with the baby so we could “work on fixing our family again.” Just for him to never come home, even for our son when he was sick with covid.

In the midst of all the chaos and begging of him to be a father, I recently found evidence that confirmed his “coworker” that was pregnant, who he visited in the hospital when I was pregnant, was actually giving birth to his child. I'm trying to take him to court to hold him accountable for the cheating, emotional and mental abuse he put me through during my pregnancy and postpartum, and holding him accountable in court for the broken homes he continues to create.
