Jason was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver about 7 years ago and was on the transplant list waiting for a new liver. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his illness before that could happen. He declined quickly and unexpectedly.

He didn't have life insurance, so his kids and family are asking for any donations to help pay for funeral costs and other expenses that they weren't prepared for in this time of mourning.

He left behind 2 kids: Kayda, who is 18; Wyatt, who is 16; and a bonus daughter, Cynthia, who is 10. Along with his long-time partner, Ashley.
