Jason Paul Watson, an active-duty U.S. Air Force Major, was arrested by the U.S. Capitol Police on July 1, 2026, for conducting a political demonstration in uniform on the steps of the U.S. Capitol. Jason delivered a passionate speech calling for the immediate impeachment and removal of President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance. He cited his military oath to protect the Constitution from all threats, both foreign and domestic, and urged members of Congress to introduce articles of impeachment. His actions, though rooted in a deep sense of duty and patriotism, violated Department of Defense regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Active-duty service members are strictly prohibited from participating in public political demonstrations, criticizing leadership, or implying military endorsement while wearing their uniform. As a result, Jason faces significant disciplinary action from the military, including charges for insubordination, failure to obey orders, and conduct unbecoming an officer. These charges put his military career and personal freedom at risk. Funds raised through this campaign will be distributed to verified legal defense funds and advocacy groups, such as the Removal Coalition, that are working to protect Jason’s rights and amplify the movement for accountability.

Donations will also empower civilians to contact Congress and support military rights organizations defending service members’ civil liberties. Jason Paul Watson is a true American hero who has sacrificed his military career and faces prison time to stand up for Americans suffering as their rights are taken away covertly and slowly. Many are also losing their lives, including children, because of the current economic situation in America. He should absolutely do NO jail time. Please help him
