Support Jason Buford's Heart Recovery Journey
Help Jason Buford Recover from a Life-Threatening Heart Condition
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,
My name is Kellie Buford, I never imagined I’d be writing this, but today, I am reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your support for my husband, Jason Buford. Recently, our world was turned upside down when he discovered he has a life-threatening heart condition that landed him in the hospital.
Jason is a husband/father of (4) girls/a friend/business owner, known for his kindness, strength, and unwavering love for his family. Seeing him in this condition has been heartbreaking, but we remain hopeful and determined to help him recover.
The Challenge We Face
After undergoing several tests, we discovered that he has Congestive Heart Failure with a heart efficiency of only 15%, he has a long road to recovery ahead, including, heavy medications, doctor visits, etc. He's currently under strict doctors' orders and currently wears a Life Vest (Life-Saving Defibrillator). He's currently recovering from home with orders not to drive, work, or be exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period of time for 3 months. After 3 months his condition will be re-evaluated and if the heart (EF) value does not increase then a heart transplant may be the only option.
Unfortunately, medical bills, lost wages, and ongoing care expenses are overwhelming. As much as we wish we could handle this alone, we need help.
How You Can Help
We are asking for support to help cover:
✅ Medical expenses (hospital stays, surgeries, medications)
✅ Rehabilitation and follow-up care
✅ Daily living costs as he is unable to work during recovery
Any amount, no matter how small, will make a difference. If you can’t donate, sharing this page with others would mean the world to us.
Gratitude and Hope
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your love, prayers, and generosity. Your kindness is a beacon of hope in this difficult time, and we can’t wait to see Jason back on his feet, doing what he loves.
With love and gratitude,
Kellie Buford & Family
