Support Jasmine After Losing Her Mother Wanda
Donation protected
Hello everyone, I am Crystal, and Wanda was one of my lifelong best friends. We were always there for each other in the best moments and even in the worst. Wednesday evening, my Wanda left her place in this world after only having known for 3.5 weeks that she had cancer. Imagine that your mother finds out that she has cancer, and just 3.5 weeks later she is already gone. Sweet Jasmine is now living this crazy nightmare. Wanda, for most of her adult life, had some pretty severe health issues, and Jasmine spent her entire childhood years being her mother's dedicated caregiver. Jasmine is now faced with the very hard reality that life is changing so devastatingly fast for her. They have lived off what little disability benefits that had been given to Wanda, which, as you can imagine, most times was for sure not nearly enough. Wanda, however, still did everything that she possibly could to give Jasmine everything that she ever wanted, and as many amazing experiences as she could. Jasmine is now left, however, with her whole life changing in ways that nobody can ever be prepared for, but especially not a young girl that has barely just turned 20. She has no license, no job (her job was caregiver to her mother). Jasmine NEEDS a village. She needs a village of believers, lovers, fighters, providers, heroes, kind hearts, and gentle souls. A village that shows her that there are truly good people in this world that lead by example and do things that inspire others to do good too. A village that truly believes that the best parts of their days involve helping those that truly need help. Life is already hard enough without having a turn of events such as this. So I am creating this GoFundMe for Jasmine, but also to honor our memories of her mother Wanda. Wanda had nothing to leave, which means that Jasmine has nearly nothing to start her adult life with. It is my mission, just starting with this of course, to help Jasmine realize her every dream. That she can have the support needed to become whatever she wants to in this life. I intend to stand by to keep her grounded as she gets going in this brand new life that she is being thrust into with no real preparation. Here shortly, she will have to leave the only home that she has ever lived in, leaving behind EVERYTHING that she has ever known. So if you can find it within yourself, please do help. I, for one, would want to know that my children had a village. I bet that you would want that for yours as well. Please decide to become part of Jasmine's village; she needs us.
