Hi Racing friends, it is with sad news that we address a lifetime backside employee and friend, Jarrod Allyn. Jarrod has been a dedicated member of our racing community for many years, working alongside his father, William (Bill) Allyn, at the Aiken Training Track. Bill was not only a trainer but also served as the Training Track Superintendent. Along with those roles, he was also Jarrod's caregiver throughout his life. Their bond was evident to everyone who knew them, and together they made a lasting impact on our local racing family.

Last week, our community suffered a tremendous loss when Bill Allyn passed away suddenly in Aiken, SC. This unexpected tragedy has left Jarrod without his father’s guidance and support, and he now faces significant challenges in maintaining his independence and continuing the work he loves with his horses. Jarrod’s passion for the racing world and his commitment to the community are unwavering, but he needs our help to stay on his feet during this difficult time.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to support Jarrod with housing, caretaker and support services, and living expenses. By coming together, we can help ensure that Jarrod remains a vital part of our community and continues to pursue his passion for horses.
