Our beloved Jarred Benitez -- exemplary husband/dad/friend, genius professional-level bartender, and everybody's most ripped friend -- suffered a complete rotator cuff tear during a recent powerlifting competition. Ugh!

His injury is quite extensive and requires surgery, which will take place on Tuesday 6/23. He's looking at 6 weeks in a sling with little to no movement and 3-6 months of PT before he can lift anything with that arm. He's in good spirits, but the family is anticipating a long road to recovery.

Let's come together to support the Benitez family the way they've supported each and every one of us over the years. All donations will go towards medical bills, recovery expenses, meals/takeout (Jarred is the family cook and cooking is hard with one arm!), household bills and income replacement (Emily will have miss out on and/or restructure her work schedule temporarily due to all of this)...the list goes on.
