Hi, we’re Janae and Scott, parents of three amazing young boys. On September 1, 2025, our world was turned upside down. After over 13 years in the only home our boys have ever known, we were told we would need to leave. The landowner is downsizing, and the property—our house included—will be sold.

This news shattered us. Our home has been the backdrop of birthdays, first steps, holidays, and countless memories. To suddenly be told we have to leave, without warning, has left us heartbroken and unprepared.

In the middle of this storm, a small light has been our family. Scott’s parents have offered us a couple of acres where we can start over, not just for us, but also for our small group of livestock that have been part of our daily life. But the path ahead is overwhelming. Before we can even think about setting a new foundation, we need to build fencing, move our animals, and somehow find the means to place a modest modular home where our boys can feel safe again.

We’re humbly reaching out for help. Every dollar will go toward fencing, land preparation, and taking steps toward a stable home for our family. This isn’t just about moving—it’s about giving our children a place to feel secure, loved, and at peace after such a sudden loss.
