Hello! I’m James Simmons of Verdugo Hills Council, Troop 288, La Crescenta, CA. I am embarking on a journey to become an Eagle Scout. Only 4% of Scouts make it to Eagle. Please help me be a part of this elite group.

My Eagle Project involves making informational signs using a laser engraver, 3D printer, and tools, all of which I am very skilled at and familiar with. The benefactor is the historical Verdugo Hills Cemetery in Tujunga, where the pioneers of the city are buried. It is a historical cultural site and is open every third Saturday of the month for tours. The signs I’m making will be placed on important sites of the cemetery.
