Hello, my name is Hailey Cruz, and I am starting this GoFundMe for my brother’s friend, James, and his younger brother, Zach. Within the last three weeks, James and Zach have lost both of their parents due to health issues. Their father, James Williams III, passed away in the evening on July 19th, 2025, following multiple bouts in the hospital due to numerous health complications. Their mother, Angela Williams, passed away the morning of August 4th, 2025, following an extensive battle with cancer. They live in Snow Hill, NC. James is 20 and Zach is 16.
