Hello, my name is Sherwaine Arthurs and my wife's name is Shauna-Kay James-Arthurs. We are both from Jamaica and our high schools as well as the communities were severely impacted by Hurricane Melissa. I grew up on the western end of the Island, while my wife is from a central part of the island. These parts of the country were greatly impacted by the hurricane, which includes both high schools (Mannings School - I have attached some pictures and Edwin Allen High School) and many other places in the community we are from. I have set up this GoFundMe to help Jamaica Rebuild After Hurricane Melissa. Hurricane Melissa has left Jamaica devastated. Homes have been destroyed, communities flooded, families displaced, and essential infrastructure severely damaged. Many of the people impacted are now without basic necessities: food, clean water, shelter, and medical support.

This fundraiser aims to provide direct assistance to affected communities through:
