As you all know, little Niamh has been through so much in her life, more than any little girl should ever have to endure.
She is always so brave and has put up with everything life has thrown at her with a smile on her face and a belly full of laughter. Her condition has progressively got worse over the last few months and we know her time is limited.
Jake has always made it his mission to do so many incredible and memorable things with her over the years and has cared and provided for her in every way possible.
He has worked so hard to give Niamh the best in life and I would love to help take the pressure off so he can enjoy time with his little girl.
I know your support will go a long, long way, he is so lucky to have such amazing friends around him. I haven’t met anyone as loving or giving as Jake and I think we would all agree that he has always worn his heart on his sleeve.
I know you will all be there for him, no matter what the future holds.
