My son recently lost his dad, Mark, to a sudden medical complication, ultimately a stroke. I have no words to describe what it feels like to tell your just-turned 14-year-old son that his dad didn’t wake up.

That leaves us exhausted & heart broken & with a need for some shorter-term support until I get my feet on the ground.

School, groceries, medical - his dad made it all happen & now, as our boy’s mom, I must take those reins. please know any contributions will be met with endless gratitude & I with the intent to pay it forward one day.
