This year, I am challenging myself in a way I never have before—I’m running my first marathon in honor of my sisters' 30th birthday. But this race isn’t just about me crossing the finish line; it’s about creating more opportunities for my sisters and celebrating their incredible perseverance.

Both of my sisters are autistic and, despite their best efforts, face significant challenges in securing and maintaining full-time employment. They push themselves daily, striving for independence, and as their sibling, I want to do everything I can to support them in their journey.

Our family has always worked together to raise funds when we can, ensuring they have access to resources, financial stability, and the ability to pursue meaningful opportunities. This marathon is my way of raising awareness and contributing to that goal.
