*Help Jacob Heal & Bring His Family Home: Father of 3 Fighting Heart & Stroke Recovery*

I’m a mother and grandma to four wonderful boys and one more on the way. My 36-year-old son, Jacob, has faced serious health challenges: a brain bleed, mini-strokes, and a hole in his heart. His wife, Lacey, is due to give birth in October, and together with their three boys, they need to relocate back to North Carolina so family can support them during this critical time.

Jacob worked full-time and is an amazing dad, but the medical bills keep piling up even with insurance. His medication alone is extremely costly and not fully covered. As a mother, I need to do everything I can to bring my son and his family home safely.
