Jacob has dedicated his entire high school career to pursuing his passion for film. This year, as a senior, he has achieved an incredible milestone: his work “Yasuke” has been selected by the All American High School Film Festival to be showcased in New York City's Times Square this October. Unfortunately, due to my untimely recent cancer surgery and the high cost of our home roof repairs, we are not in the best financial position to help him attend this once-in-a-lifetime event that has happened so quickly. Jacob deserves the chance to see his hard work celebrated, and it would be heartbreaking for him to miss out simply because I can't afford it. Any contribution, no matter how small, would help make this dream a reality and allow Jacob to experience a moment that could inspire him for the rest of his life.
