Support Jacob Brungard & Family

Jacob Brungard has dedicated his life to serving the East Hartford community as a firefighter, paramedic, and recently as an Apparatus Operator. He is not only a trusted coworker but also a friend to many of us at the East Hartford Fire Department. Jacob’s commitment to public safety has made a lasting impact, and now, he and his family need our help.

While on duty, Jacob sustained a serious injury that has kept him out of work for the past nine months. This unexpected event has placed a tremendous financial strain on his family. With significant childcare costs and reduced income from lost wages and overtime, Jacob’s wife Sarah is working tirelessly to make ends meet for their two young children. The challenges the family face have been overwhelming, and we want to help relieve some of the burdens thrust upon them by this injury.

Funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward childcare expenses and other urgent needs for Jacob, Sarah, and their children. Your support will help ease the financial stress and allow Jacob to focus on healing and recovery. We also ask that you keep the Brungard family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

We at East Hartford Firefighters IAFF Local 1548 humbly ask if you could support our Brother & his family in their time of need. No donation is too small. Thank you!
