My name is Jackson, I am 16 years old and a Life Scout in troop 17. I have been in the troop for 6 years now, and over that time I have climbed the ranks, and helped the older scouts with their projects, as they reached the point which I am now at. I am now the assistant Senior patrol leader of the troop, with no older scouts projects to work on; It is my turn. Like all the Eagle scouts before me, My project will not be possible without the help of the community, in funds and material donations, so I can return that help on the community, in the form of renovation on the JH SCRAPS compost site. I will be building a retaining wall to all them to receive bulk deliveries of mulch and soil, and building signs to increase visibility, inspiring more people to compost.
