I am jordan Jacks cousin. 10 weeks ago, Jack broke his foot while at work. He went to the doctor and was immediately put into a boot and sent to an orthopedic surgeon. After visiting the surgeon, paying out of pocket, he was told the surgery was $18,000. Jack does not have health insurance. That being said, he has been using the boot and a scooter to get around, hoping it would heal on it's own. After seeing his regular doctor on December 1st, he said it will not heal without surgery. He is risking never walking on his foot again without a boot. He has trouble, as most of you know, even doing his job at Fox's. He is in pain 24 hours a day. We ask no matter how much you can help, please donate. There is a program at St. Mary's where he can get 80% covered by the hospital. Therefore needing $4,000 to cover the rest of his surgery.
