Jac Archer (they/he) is a treasured member of the Spokane community. They are the Co-Executive Director of Spokane Community Against Racism (SCAR) and a 2026 graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law.

As one of the Spokane 3, Jac is targeted by federal conspiracy charges after protesting for the release of two young asylees unjustly detained by ICE on June 11 2025. Your contributions will support their living expenses in the wake of the trial and while responding to the unjust guilty verdict.

Jac moved to the Spokane area in 2013 where they have worked as an activist, community organizer and educator in the fields of racial justice, equity, civic engagement and sexuality. Jac served as the Activist in Residence at Eastern Washington University after organizing as a student leader with the Eastern Washington University Multicultural Coalition, Black Student Union, and Scary Feminist Club. Archer has served on the the Spectrum Spokane board, Peace and Justice Action League (PJALS) board, City of Spokane Human Rights Commission (SHRC), and the Washington State LGBTQ Commission.
