As you may or may not know, my wife IV Shaska Zorez was arrested back on November 4th, 2025.
The costs of jail have been immense. I’ve included a photo that has a majority of costs for phone usage, clothes, books, food, health products, and other basic needs, as well as my paying for her car while she is unable to.
I am making this campaign to ask for help again because it has begun dipping into my personal savings, and I will not be able to maintain this for longer.
In case you don’t know the situation:
This was over a mental health crisis where she allegedly did a single fire salute in the air with a rifle. This is a misdemeanor that had no victims or damages.
Now she has been held by the federal court for three months while the prosecution tries to find ways to accuse her of being a domestic trans leftist terrorist.
This type of crime is normally only a state crime but has been elevated to federal court for the new administration's agenda of turning trans people into political tools for claims of martial law.
The lawyers, IV, myself, and numerous supporters are all working in our own way to have this case moved to state or medical court where the case will be seen less seriously and she can be released for medical care.
