Hi, I’m Anthony Mullins, Director of Operations for the Itmann Food Bank, located in Wyoming County, Mullens, West Virginia. and I’m reaching out to you to support the Itmann Food Bank, a vital resource in our community. Every day, countless individuals and families face food insecurity, and this organization is committed to ensuring that no one goes hungry. Together, we can make a difference. With the coal mining industry in Southern West Virginia slowing down, our area facing major layoffs, the current government shutdown and a large portion of our area losing food stamps, the demand to fight food insecurities in our community is at an all time high. To be able to fight food insecurities with the raising cost of food is nearly impossible. Please help to ensure we are able to continue to help feed the most vulnerable and needy in our community. All the funds raised will be used to solely purchase nutritional food items. We are a totally volunteer organization. NO ONE is paid a penny to volunteer/work at this food bank.
