As the holiday season draws near, we take a moment to reflect on our gratitude for the dedicated team whose hard work keeps our community beautiful, safe, and running seamlessly throughout the year. Their commitment is what makes Cocoplum such a wonderful place to call home.

In the spirit of giving, we invite you to participate in our annual Islands of Cocoplum Staff Holiday Fund. This initiative allows us to come together as a community and show our appreciation for the maintenance, janitorial, security, and administrative staff who work tirelessly to maintain our neighborhood’s high standards. While individual gestures of gratitude have been a tradition for some residents in the past, this year we aim to foster inclusivity by ensuring that all eligible staff members receive equal recognition and generosity.

Every dollar contributed will be distributed directly to staff members equally who have been with the Islands of Cocoplum for at least one year. Your voluntary donation, in any amount, will go a long way in showing our appreciation and helping make the holidays brighter for those who give so much to us year-round.
